Τέτοιες υπηρεσίες αφορούν σε συμβουλευτική πάνω στα παραπάνω θέματα και σε θέματα εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας, καθώς και σε θέματα εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης σε αυτά.
